Which one to choose Servo Voltage Stabilizers Or Static Voltage Stabilizers?

Undoubtedly, the voltage fluctuation is very common and most troubling problem. So what do you do to overcome this situation? Well, this is where voltage stabilizer manufacturers come into the role. Stabilizers are the devices which help in reducing fluctuation coming in voltages and let your device perform smoothly and problem free.

The Problem also arises when making the decision in selecting suitable stabilizers based on your need. It solely depends on the requirement and the understanding of all different stabilizer in the market. To make a better decision, take a look below and understand the dissimilarities of both static stabilizer and servo voltage stabilizer.

Servo Voltage Stabilizer Manufacturers In India

Connection Time: The time dedication always plays a great role in our life, why not checking time utilized in connecting the two. The servo voltage stabilizer is more optimized because it has high correction speed and hence, take less time in connection as compared to static voltage stabilizer.

Voltage Correction Time: Servo voltage stabilizer contains moving part, unlike static stabilizers that have the pure electronic circuit to achieve correction in voltages. Hence the static stabilizers have exceptionally high voltage correction then servo stabilizers. Since servo voltage stabilizer is an electromechanical device making it slower in voltage correction speed.

Protection Level: The static stabilizers are the saviors during the event of the short circuit since at output of static voltage stabilizer, load current increases exponentially high which automatically get a sense by DSP controller and it cuts output & switches of IGBT power stage instantaneously to clear over current fault. Hence no extra hardware is required to perform the task. While, the servo voltage stabilizer need additional MCCB, CB hardware to achieve the current protection.

Auto-Bypass facility: When comes to auto-bypass, both are responsible and efficient. The Only thing which differs in both is that the static stabilizers have an easy transition as the SVS transfers to bypass automatically and without break in output voltage. Coming to servo voltage stabilizers, it is complicated to provide auto bypass mechanism. Any how eventually both work perfectly without letting power cut-off and maintaining basic need.

Maintenance: Since the servo voltage stabilizer has moving parts and has more chances of wear and tear which needs maintenance more often than static voltage stabilizers.

Reliability: Servo voltage stabilizers come in modern device category and are based on cutting-edge technology and therefore, it is more reliable than other stabilizers for industrial, commercial or residential equipment.
